How We Train Together

Closed Track Workouts:

Tuesday’s 6:30pm (members and accepted applicants only)

Workout-out groups for Winter/Spring, 2026

  • Track-Emphasis: Mid-distance, 1500m, and Mile athletes competing in Indoor and Outdoor Track

  • Spring Marathon or Half Marathon (incl. the Boston Marathon)

  • Broad Street Run

Open Long Runs:

Sundays 9:00am along the Schuylkill River Trail, Fairmount Park, and MLK Drive starting at Lloyd Hall.

Easy Runs:

There are PRTC members meeting up every day to run!
